By accessing or using AlphAgentic Solutions services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription plan.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Prohibited Uses
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services
- Using the Services to compete directly with AlphAgentic
Service Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime as outlined in our SLA but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Intellectual Property
All platform technology, documentation, and materials remain the property of AlphAgentic Solutions. Customer data remains the property of the customer at all times.
Limitation of Liability
AlphAgentic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
